About 20/20 Home Inspection Services

Looking Out for Your Investment

My name is Thomas J. Dietz, owner of 20/20 Home Inspection Services, LLC. I am a certified and state licensed home inspector. My career in residential housing began some 25 years ago: pounding nails, digging foundations, insulating, framing and interior remodeling. I have managed apartment buildings, houses, condominiums, contractors and sub-contractors for many years with great success.

As your home inspector, I will rely upon this experience to give you the very best visual assessment of the condition of your property. My reports include digital pictures of problem areas as well as general areas not normally accessible by the common homeowner, such as attics, crawl spaces and roofs. I will work efficiently and give you a fair and honest assessment.
